Our Staff 

Dr. Alebachew has got his PhD in Education from Tezpur Central University, India. He has also MA in counselling psychology and Bachelor of Education in Pedagogical Science and Composite English and has a diploma in Adult Education. Furthermore, he has taken several trainings on project management, result orient project planning, instructional skills, research methodology, girl power programme studies, etc. He has experience on action research, formative research and large scale project/program evaluations. He worked in government, none-government, private organization and universities for about 20 years as program manager, instructor and trainer. He managed several research works, engaged in program and project evaluations, developed training manuals on education and psychology areas.  Dr. Alebachew is co-founder and Manager of Aha Psychological services and leading the research and consultancy unit of the company.
r. Moges Geberamariam is a counselling psychologist by profession who holds MA degree in Counselling Psychology and BA degree in Education Psychology. He has also got his another master in Positive and Cross-cultural Psychotherapy hosted by World Association for Positive Psychotherapy (WAPP); International Academy of Positive and Trans-cultural Psychotherapy (IAPP); European Federation of the Centers for Positive Psychotherapy (EFCPP) and Addis  Ababa University, Faculty of Medicine. He had ample experience working for about 20 years in different non-government organizations. He worked for the Ministry of Education, Christian Relief Development Association/CRDA/, Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia/FGAE/; John Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs /JHU/CCP, Ethiopia field office.  Mr. Moges managed several large scale and small scale project evaluation, feasibility studies, behavioural interventions, manual development and trainings.  Mr. Moges is the founder and director of Aha Psychological Services
