Position:- Director and Senior Counselor
Mr. Moges Geberamariam is a counselling psychologist by profession who holds MA degree in Counselling Psychology and BA degree in Education Psychology. He has also got his another master in Positive and Cross-cultural Psychotherapy hosted by World Association for Positive Psychotherapy (WAPP); International Academy of Positive and Trans-cultural Psychotherapy (IAPP); European Federation of the Centers for Positive Psychotherapy (EFCPP) and Addis Ababa University, Faculty of Medicine. He had ample experience working for about 20 years in different non-government organizations. He worked for the Ministry of Education, Christian Relief Development Association/CRDA/, Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia/FGAE/; John Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs /JHU/CCP, Ethiopia field office. Mr. Moges managed several large scale and small scale project evaluation, feasibility studies, behavioural interventions, manual development and trainings. Mr. Moges is the founder and director of Aha Psychological Services
Position:- Manager
Dr. Alebachew has got his PhD in Education from Tezpur Central University, India. He has also MA in counselling psychology and Bachelor of Education in Pedagogical Science and Composite English and has a diploma in Adult Education. Furthermore, he has taken several trainings on project management, result orient project planning, instructional skills, research methodology, girl power programme studies, etc. He has experience on action research, formative research and large scale project/program evaluations. He worked in government, none-government, private organization and universities for about 20 years as program manager, instructor and trainer. He managed several research works, engaged in program and project evaluations, developed training manuals on education and psychology areas. Dr. Alebachew is co-founder and Manager of Aha Psychological services and leading the research and consultancy unit of the company.

Ms Banchihun Andualem has BA degree in Accounting from Riftvally University. She has experience In data collection and supervision at WAAS International PLC and she also has an experience at Central Statistics Agency and EHNRI. She is currently working as Admin and finance officer at AHA Psychological service.
Position:- Psychological Service Officer
Bemnet Tesfaye has BA Dergee In psychology from Debre Berhan University, Ethiopia. She is now currently studying Counseling psychology at Addis Aababa University, Ethiopia.
Position:-Client Service Officer
Ms. Semira Nuraddis has got her BA Degree in Psychology from Debre Berhan University. she is currently working as Client services officer At Aha Psychological Services.

Position:- Work And Organizational Counselor
Dr. Daniel has got his PHD from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology Los Angeles, in Business Psychology and his MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same university. His experiences related to this assignment incudes employment resources developer and job mentor, strategic workforce planer, job analysis expert. He also worked as a research assistant and examination analyst. Dr. Daniel is now leading the work and organization psychology unit of Aha psychological services that entrusts designing and implementing of corporate level psychological services, advisory service for companies in selection, recruitment, training and coaching of employees. Dr. Daniel is also a national trainer and consultant for KAIZEN representing Aha working with Technoserve LIWAY project for job creation to women and youth in Addis Ababa.
Position:- Counselor
Mrs. Nafkot is a licensed Counselling Psychologist, Ministry of Drug control and Administration, Addis Ababa. She is basic consultant of Positive Psychotherapy, Wiesbaden Academy of Psychotherapy, Germany and got her Masters of Counselling psychology from Addis Ababa University. Her experiences were: Staff counsellor /consultant to United Nation Health Care Centre (ECA), Addis Ababa Ethiopia; senior counsellor (in supervisory position) for John Hopkins University School of BLOOMBERG Center for Communication Program/CCP/ for AIDS Resource Center /ARC/; Counsellor and OVC officer for Hiwot HIV/AIDS Prevention care and support Organization; and Girls Home Leader for Save Our Soul (SOS). Mrs. Nafkot is a counsellor and mentor/coach at Aha psychological services providing individual, family and corporate level counselling and coaching.
Position:- Counselor
Mr Awoke is Ph.D. student in Mental Health Epidemiology, Addis Ababa University and a PhD fellow at AMARI (African mental health research initiative). He has also MA in clinical psychology from Addis Ababa University and BSA in psychology minoring sociology from Jima University. In addition to his intensive teaching, research and supervision experiences in different universities including at Addis Ababa University, he has also clinical practices. His clinical practices are at Amanual hospital, Aha psychological services and he is also working with Ethiopian deportees from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)-Spain. Mr Awoke has also engaged in different research works and publications including longitude studies and mental health epidemiology studies which having him in the team will be a resourceful person mainly for the formative assessment part in particular.

Ms. Mahlet Mikru is currently studying Hotel operation at Lion Ethiopia. she is working as Office Assistant at Aha Psychological Services.
