1.    Position/Title: Child Counselor (Preferably Female)
Work unit: Psychological Services     LOCATION: Addis Ababa
Reports to:  Program  coordinator                               Salary: Based on the Company’s Scale
     Job summary: A qualified and compassionate Child Psychologist is needed for this position. The counselor is expected to work with children suffering from a wide range of psychological distress and mental disorders like ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism, substance abuse, and post-trauma recovery. The counselor is also expected to work on any other psychological therapy for children in need.
Key responsibilities
•    Conduct psychological assessments and/or tests for diagnostic purposes.
•    Develop an individualized treatment plan for each child.
•    Advise family members on what they can do for their child or how to respond to certain behaviors.
•    Refer rehabilitation or intervention programs to overcome addiction issues if needed
•    Provide complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments according to in-house Policies.

Essential abilities and skills required
•    Must have the knowledge and skills to provide quality care to our clients and their families.
•    Must be approachable and empathic for children to be comfortable working with.
•    Must be knowledgeable of different therapeutic methods and be able to switch between different approaches to meet each child’s needs.
•    Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate with children of different ages and from different cultural and socio-cultural backgrounds.
•    Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal regulations as determined by the company.
•    Willingness to attend team meetings, case conferences, case debriefings, trainings, seminars on topics relevant to our client base.
Qualifications
•    Master’s Degree in Counselling or developmental Psychology or related fields of study.
Experience
•    At least 2 years of experience in counselling and practical experience working with children in a clinical setting may be strongly desired.
•    Candidates with additional therapeutic skills like, play therapy, speech therapy, and any other forms of therapies for children are highly desired.
2.    Position/Title : Vocational Guidance and Counseling (VGC) Officer
Work unit: Psychological Services     Location: Addis Ababa
Reports to:  Program  coordinator                Salary:  Based on the Company’s Scale
Job summary: The Vocational Guidance and Counseling Officer will be assigned to work at Aha Career Development Center (CDC). He/She will be responsible in closely working with client at the career development center, with TVET colleges, Job Matching Service Providers/JMSP/ and employers in caring out the key vocational guidance and counseling services (career information,  career guidance, advising,  and counseling, psychological screening, Placement, linkage and graduate tracker services, outreach services, incubator and job-fair activities ).   
Key responsibilities
•    Ensure that career information and guidance is continuously provided for TVET students and graduates individually or in group at Aha career development centre and partner TVET colleges .
•    Ensure that academic and lifelong guidance and advising services is being rendered based on the identified gaps and their felt need.
•    Ensure that effective and structured career counselling services is supported with psychological diagnosis and screening.
•    Ensure that counselling services is provided for students experiencing psychological and social problem that could be potentially disruptive to their life and successful academic, interpersonal and work-life adjustments.
•    Play a key role in student placement and streaming services, prepare graduates and equip them with the required skills for the job market.
•    Track academic and skill profile of graduates in digital form and facilitate intra-institutional linkage including with employers and job-matching service providers.
•    Organize a career fair in collaboration with TVET colleges, employers and partnering organizations to provide graduates with an opportunity to learn about career related issues such as choosing a career, networking skills and securing a job.

3.    Position/Title: Project officer
Work unit: Project coordination     Location: Addis Ababa
Reports to:  Program  coordinator                      Salary: Based on the Company’s Scale
Job summary: The Project officer will work closely with Aha Program Coordination/PC/ to meet the goals and objectives of the company. The PO is responsible for new and ongoing projects like career development center of Aha, research, consultancy, training and other psychological services. He/She is responsible in closely supervising the effective implementation of the career development center and the vocation guidance and counseling services.   
Key responsibilities
•    Prepares plan and report the performances monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually.
•    Implements the planned activities and ensure profitability
•    Leads and manage projects and related services by working together with different agencies for effective implementation.  
•    Monitors and report the activities to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services.
•    Networks with partners, government, non-government and private organizations for the smooth functioning of Aha projects and services.  
•    Oversees the counselling and training activities of Aha for their effective and quality services
•    Participates on team meetings, case conferences, case debriefings, trainings, seminars on topics relevant to our client base.
•    Represents the company and communicate with different agencies and maintain excellent relationship
•    Actively engage on Aha’s services and activities as entrusted by the immediate supervisor

Qualifications
•    Academic Qualification- MA Degree from recognized University in Psychology, preferably counseling psychology.

4.    Position/Title : Training Officer/TO
Work unit: Company management/HO    Location: Addis Ababa
Reports to:  Program Coordinator/ PC                 Salary: Based on the Company’s Scale
Job summary: The Training Officer works closely with the Program Coordinator/PC/. The TO is responsible to diversify psychological training and reaching out more trainees at TVET colleges, employers, organization or companies and the public. The training coordinator shall also be engage in curriculum development, training portfolio and material development; marketing and promoting the trainings; coordinating/facilitating trainings, deploy resource persons; and looking for partnership.
Key responsibilities:
•    Conduct training need assessment to identify highly demanded training areas.
•    Develop training portfolio in market oriented psycho-social and academic areas
•    Develop syllabuses,  curriculums and training materials
•    Collaborate with Aha program coordinator, operations coordinator and the manager for the establishment of well-furnished training centre.
•    Coordinator and facilitate different trainings at Aha facilities or other settings   
•    Closely work with different government, non-government and business organizations, university colleges and training institutes.  
•    Ensure the quality of materials to be developed and different trainings.
•    Work for securing accreditations and licensure on the identified training areas and levels.
•    Develop marketing strategy and promote the trainings.
•    Form partnership with local and international organizations to diversify the training areas.

Qualifications:
•    BA or MA Degree from recognized university in counseling, clinical, social, developmental psychology, social work education and any other related field of study.

5.    Position/Title : Marketing and Communication Officer
Work unit:     Location: Addis Ababa
Grade: Preferably Female                                       Salary: Based on the Company’s Scale
Reports to:  Program coordinator
Job summary: The Marketing officer will work closely with Aha Program Coordinator/PC/ to meet the goals and objectives of the company. The MO is responsible for contributing in the implementation of marketing strategies, supporting the manager in overseeing the department’s operations, organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness and coordinate organizational communication with stakeholders.
Key Accountability:
•    Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
•    Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
•    Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print, etc.)
•    Cooperate with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the center’s presence
•    Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
•    Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
•    Collaborate with PC in preparing budgets and expense
Essential abilities and skills required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
